Terms & Conditions

Use of Marshall County Busted Mugshots is subject to these terms. Visitors who do not accept them should not use the service or its search tools.

Marshall County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this service nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report, private-investigation service, or FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another regulated use.

Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service. It stores no official Marshall County record and cannot confirm a custody status, release a person, or file a document. It points users to public offices and outside research tools that may help locate an appropriate resource.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use the service lawfully and respectfully. They may not use it to stalk, harass, threaten, gain unauthorized access, operate automated scraping, or disrupt access for other people. They also may not use information from the service to make credit, employment, housing, insurance, licensing, government-benefit, or other decisions covered by the FCRA.

FCRA Restriction

Marshall County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Search partners and advertisers are not authorized to use this service to provide those functions either.

Third-Party Services

Links may lead to sheriff, court, corrections, federal, or outside search services. Their content, privacy practices, uptime, prices, and results are controlled by their operators. A link does not endorse or guarantee an external service.

No Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no promise that information is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or sufficient for a particular purpose. Custody and court information can change quickly, and only the originating office can issue an official statement.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on the service. A visitor agrees to defend and hold the operators harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs resulting from that visitor’s use or violation of these terms.

Content Ownership

The site’s text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Marshall County Busted Mugshots or applicable licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without written permission except as law permits.

Changes and Access

These terms may be revised at any time and a revision takes effect when posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, with or without notice.

Oklahoma Law and Severability

Oklahoma law governs these terms, and disputes must be brought in courts located in Oklahoma where permitted. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision is adjusted only as necessary.
